To safe himself from this trouble debtor should do proper investigation about the reputation and previous record of the company in the relevant field and debtor should also check the company registration with the association of debt settlement companies(TASC) because if company is a member of  Association of debt settlement companies then it is more trustable because the company’s services are also guaranteed by some third party.
